Fresh Food Policy

All our muffins are made fresh to order. Due to the nature of perishable food items, we do not accept returns.

Refund & Replacement Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be offered only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order was not delivered

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after ordering

  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

  • Minor variations in taste, appearance, or texture (as all items are handmade)

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are prepared or shipped. Once processing begins, cancellations may not be possible.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
